ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING

We're so glad you've chosen Pour Girl Candle Co. as your go-to shop for home fragrances! Please take a moment to review the following information for the most up to date times and policies regarding the processing of your order.

Once we receive your order, it will be sent to a member of our shipping team to be processed as quickly as possible. Orders are filled in the order in which they are received. At this time, we do not offer a "jump ahead" option to process your order sooner than another shopper's. Our current time frames regarding orders are as follows:

Current processing time: 1-3 business days

Current estimated shipping time: 3-5 business days

+If you have been given a shipping code, please enter it at checkout so we can provide you with further details on obtaining your order. At this time, you will be given a 15-minute pickup window. If you do not arrive within your timeframe, you'll be unable to reschedule, and you will then be responsible for all shipping costs associated with your order. Refunds will not be given due to missed pickup appointments.

+We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and weight.

+It's important for us to keep all of our shoppers up to date on orders. We will provide you with the tracking information via email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can use this info to track your packages via the carrier website. 

+Once your order leaves our studio, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier and we have no control over the delivery date. Our shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number for the most up to date information and questions regarding lost or missing packages. We are not responsible for any delays or any lost or stolen packages with either shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file any claims related to your shipment.

+ Unfortunately, due to our streamlined shipping process, there will be no address changes permitted once your order is submitted. If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to the carrier once your order has shipped and you have the tracking information.
